01 · Whitepaper overview
USHC is a utility token project for accommodation, wellness and membership services in Bali. Service use comes first; a separate legal structure for RWA will be considered later.
02 · Three project phases
PHASE 1: token booking and payments are planned for 6 of 13 Rumah Kims · Sanur villas. PHASE 2: 35 pool villas and a wellness clinic are planned in Kerambitan, Tabanan. PHASE 3: resort expansion at Virgin Beach · Karangasem is under consideration, subject to land-rights and permit due diligence.
03 · Token and presale
Total supply: 125,000,000 USHC. Presale: USD 0.10 per USHC; fundraising target: USD 10,000,000 (100,000,000 USHC sold). USD 1.00 is a target reference price, not a guaranteed price. Holding tokens grants no property ownership, dividends, interest or principal repayment rights.
04 · Proposed use of funds
Allocation proposal: Phase 1 completion and furnishings/equipment 10%; Phase 2 preparation 35%; technology 15%; legal, accounting and audit 10%; operations and marketing 15%; treasury, liquidity and reserves 15%. Detailed allocations, lockups, vesting and fund-use reporting remain to be finalized.
05 · Execution plan
Phase 1 targets completion in March 2027. Establish the 13-villa operation and token use in 6 villas, then proceed to Phase 2 development, Phase 3 due diligence and RWA review. Independent security audits, multisignature controls and usage reporting are proposed; timing and implementation may change with progress.
06 · Key risks
Risks include construction delays, tourism demand, land rights and permits, national regulation and KYC/AML, listing and liquidity, wallet and smart-contract security, exchange rates and tax.
